Step 1: Prepare Your Device for Remote Service

To begin, make sure your Samsung device is prepared:

  1. Enable USB Debugging:

Connect Device to USB Redirector:

  • Once the connection is established, USB Redirector Technician Edition will ask to plug a USB device:

Allow Remote Access:

  • A pop-up will ask you to confirm remote access. Select “Always allow from this computer” to avoid repeated prompts

Step 4: Start the IMEI Repair/Unlock Process

With your device connected, our technician will begin the repair or unlock process. Please avoid unplugging or interrupting the device during this step.

  1. Monitor Progress:
